“Comforting is the first word that comes to mind when I think about Lauren and my Distance Reiki session with her. If you are new to Reiki or a little skeptical about the logistics of Distance Reiki (I was), rest assured, Lauren will provide answers to the many questions you may have to make sure you feel at ease about your experience. Before you begin, you'll get to speak with Lauren to just check-in, connect, and again, ask any questions. You'll then part ways, begin the session, and once the session has completed you get to come back and reflect on your experience. This was my favorite part!!! I thoroughly enjoyed sharing my experience with Lauren, and I also enjoyed hearing about what she experienced during the session. Sometimes both of your experiences are in alignment, so that's fun to explore together! I've done two sessions with Lauren and both were very different. During my first session, I experienced a lot of energy clearing from my body and came out with a greater sense of clarity and direction. During my second session, I didn't feel as much clearing and felt as though I needed to rest afterward (this is common). Both sessions were great, but I think it's important to note that everyone's experience will differ from one another, so try not to judge your experience (even to a previous session of your own).
