So you’ve spent the winter listening to your heart. What are the big feelings still lingering from last year? It’s time to make space for what’s ahead in this writing workshop + tarot reading at Dearly Studio. Inspired by the power of the tarot and the written word, this generative workshop will help you move what’s still inside you that’s so 2023. You might have feelings that gotta pack up and go—You might have feelings that need to be celebrated, revolutionized, memorialized, added to the collective archive! It doesn’t matter if you’ve been besties with the Nine of Swords or the Ten of Cups. Whatever remains, write it out. You will get the chance to pull a hand-written prompt card, provided by your writing instructor Zinnia Smith, to help you connect to what lives inside: the future, the past, dreams, anxieties, miraculous, and magical. We’ll translate it to the page and alchemize what’s in your heart. 

And when you’re not writing, you’ll sit down with me for a tarot reading. Deeply rooted in the present moment, my tarot readings offer a non-predictive, gently supportive way of connecting you with your own inner wisdom, intuition, and guidance from Spirit. I am honored to give readings that are fun, sensitive, inclusive, compassionate, and meant to help you find your own answers as you tap into the magic that’s always within you.

This writing space will be anything but heavy, and we’ll be there to remind you of your own creative abundance. Music will be played, prompts will be passed around, readings (both tarot and written word) will be provided for inspiration, drinks will be served. And most certainly, pen will hit paper (so bring both with you). This is a small workshop and tarot reading, so space will be limited.

Your ticket includes a 2-hour guided writing session with card-pulled prompts. Also included: A welcome drink and single card tarot reading by me (you will have the option to purchase a three-card reading and additional drinks, should you wish.)
